1. Scope of Service

We provide vehicle detailing services as listed in our catalog, subject to availability and site conditions.

Services may include exterior wash, waxing, interior vacuuming, stain treatment, odour removal, headlight restoration, and more. Service delivery may be affected by weather, access to power/water, and safety constraints. We reserve the right to decline unsafe or unsuitable jobs.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the quoted price. Arrival windows are estimates; delays due to traffic or prior jobs may occur, and we will notify you as soon as possible. You are responsible for parking arrangements where applicable.

3. Payments

We accept major cards and contactless payments. Prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes.

Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size and condition. Tips are optional. Invoices are available upon request. Chargebacks for valid services rendered may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Liability

We take reasonable care with your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in vehicles.

Pre-service walkarounds or photos may be performed. You agree to remove valuables before service. Non-factory modifications or fragile components (e.g., brittle trim) are serviced at your risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal personal data required to deliver services and communicate with you, such as name, contact details, and service history.

We do not sell your data. Limited third-party processors (e.g., payment providers) may be used in compliance with applicable laws. For more details, review our privacy practices or contact us.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
